  1. Direct Selling – A distributor earns 30% (outright discount) from direct selling.
  2. Direct Sponsoring Rebates – A distributor gets P300 for every direct recruit sponsored.
  3. Indirect Sponsoring Rebates – Indirect sponsors (up line) will get P25 from the recruits of his recruits up to the 6th level.
  4. Group Sales Volume Rebates – A distributor earns from the purchases of his/her group up to the 6th level. For every purchase, point values are added to your GSV.

While you are entered as a Saint’s Distributor, the company will help you polish your selling and recruiting skills through regular company sponsored seminars. The company will also invest on print and TV media advertisements to generate exposure of the products and help the distributor introduce the products.
Our company has signed up with BVU solutions inc. to provide an on-line registration, real-time pay out summary, distributor’s genealogy, dynamic website, and others to elevate the distributor’s business. A distributor can now make a presentation, place orders, and register new members anywhere in the Philippines with our Saint’s Business Website.
As soon as a distributor is elevated to the supervisor level, he is entitled to attend company sponsored marketing and values forming seminars. I. Conditions for Stockist
A. Minimum purchase of P25,000.00
1. Package is worth P25,000.00 (net of 35% discount)

2. Stockist package includes 1 stockist personal distributor package,
12 Distributor packages + Tarpaulin, weighting scale, and
P18,153.00 worth of products of their choice.
B. Must have a store or an office place for Distributor’s trainings.


II. Stockist Benefits
A. Exclusivity of Area. (Size of area to be decided on a case to case basis)
B. Automatic Supervisor level with 12 distributor down lines. See figure
below.
C. Can sell all products to non-distributors at SRP.
D. Can delegate distributors to each down line. Maximum of 12 names.
E. All succeeding Distributor recruits by the will be directed to Rich Health
office, with the stockist getting the credit and commissions. (Or the stockist
can purchase another stockist package. Minimum of 5 distributor packages.

A. Upon registration of a new member, the sponsor gets a one time registration rebate of P300. The registration also generates a one time payout of P25 per direct and indirect sponsor, 1st level up to the 6th level only. Direct sponsoring rebates and Indirect sponsoring rebates are paid weekly. Cut off time for the computation is every Tuesday, 12 midnight and pay out is every Friday.
B. The Group Sales Volume is computed by the Points Value accumulated by the purchases of your down line. As your network continues to purchase, you get PV rebates computed up to the 6th level. PV rebates are computed monthly, and cut-off at the end of the month. Release of payment is every 15th of the month.
