RETAILER / DISTRIBUTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I am an independent retailer/distributor of Living Saints Marketing (LSM)

I will abide all policies and guidelines issued by the company from time to time.

I hereby agree that as an independent retailer/distributor, I need to purchase monthly minimum worth of product per month to continuously obtain my income.

I fully understood the no purchase, no income policy applies. I understood that the mode of payment will be Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

I will tell the truth about the product and its benefits.

I will abide the standard retail pricing system (SRP) of LSM in case of under pricing, the company have the sole discretion to suspend or terminate my distributorship including other benefits derived from it based on complaints submitted by a third party, from a member or directly investigated by the company.

That this agreement is no employer-employee relationship I will participate actively in promoting and sell the product in the market to ensure continuity of my income through business development.

I hereby certify that all data on my membership form submitted are true and correct.

That I agree unconditionally on all the terms and conditions herewith upon signing this distributor / retailer agreement and are subject to updates and revision.
